September carries that unmistakable feeling of transition — summer beginning to loosen its grip, routines shifting, and a new season asking us to pay attention to what we’re ready to carry forward and what we might be ready to release. What's Coastal Breathwork been up to?

Kelly & Shannon have been tending to our growing LLC - from creating a presence around Brevard County at Sober Surfer expos, the Cocoa Village Farmer's Market, to Sound Baths at Yoga Studios in Viera and Women's Wellness Meetups in Melbourne. It's been fun meeting so many beautiful people who are curious about taking a deeper dive to know and heal themselves - just with the power of the breath!
